All items are handmade, so slight variations or small imperfections are normal and part of their unique character.

Processing Time
Please allow 10–20 business days for order creation before shipping.

Shipping
Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping damage. All orders include USPS insurance.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the handmade nature of items:

• No returns or exchanges

• Damaged Items
  If your item arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours so we can help you start an insurance claim.

Right to Refuse Service
Ember Custom Creations may refuse or cancel orders involving abusive behavior, fraud, or policy violations.
Refunds may not be issued in these cases.
